Vice Chairman Gerard Le Blanc read a November 26, 2003 letter from Michael J. Carter of GCG Associates, Inc. of Wilmington indicating that revisions to the subdivision plans for Brookside Estates would be ready for presentation at the Planning Board meeting of December 17, 2003. The letter also extended the deadline for drafting the Certificate of Action for the subdivision to January 23, 2004.
